Automatic cell sorting machine NE18650CST-AM-09-A1

Overview
It applies to the sorting of 18650 cylindrical cells based on voltage and AC internal resistance and supports 8 good product channels and 1 defective product channel at most. The sorting efficiency is enhanced and Pack production standardization and reliability guaranteed. It adopts automatic loading, cell barcode scanning (optional), automatic testing and sorting, manual collection (distributing box may be selected for collection), and bonding, local storage or upload of barcode and sorting data to MES, thus ensuring Pack line cell sorting tracking and management.

System features

5. Two sorting modes, i.e. dynamic sorting and manual sorting (regional sorting), are supported, so that users can select any to sort cells according to different applications;
6. High-speed scanner for cell barcode scanning;
7. Test results and data of the sorting machine can be uploaded to MES (MES separately configured), facilitating easy test data management, high safety and reliable storage;
8. Incoming cells are manually loaded into the feed station and then automatically fed;

9. The equipment adopts channels to collect the cells which are manually removed when the channel is full.
