4.Shell-and-tube condenser of water cooling equipment is blocked.

1. Purge condenser fins with compressed air.

2. Ensure proper ventilation around the equipment to reduce ambient temperature.

3. Check whether Y-type filter is blocked and whether cooling tower is started; clean the tower.

4.Notify equipment manufacturer to clean the shell-and-tube condenser.

R23 compressor super-high pressure protection

1. R404 refrigerating system lacks refrigerant.

2. R404 expansion valve fails.

1. Notify equipment supplier to check for leakage and charge refrigerant.

2. Notify equipment supplier to check the refrigerating system.

Motor overload protection

Motor is damaged.

Notify equipment supplier to replace the motor.

Chamber over-temperature protection

Temperature setting of the independent over-temperature controller is low.

Check and reset the protection temperature.

Humidifying pipe no-water protection

1. Humidifier solenoid valve or water pump fails, causing water shortage.

2. Humidifying pipeline is blocked.

3. Electronic float fails, causing water shortage of upper water box.

1. Replace the water pump or water line solenoid valve.

2. Clean the silicone hose for humidification.

3. Clean the electronic float and if the fault persists, replace the float.

Cooling water shortage protection

Cooling tower is not started.

Start the circulating cooling water tower.

Humidifying water shortage protection

Humidifying water bucket lacks water.

Manually fill the bucket with water.

Low cooling rate

1. Refrigerating system shows refrigerant leakage.

2. Excessively high or low ambient temperature

3. Motor failure

1. Notify equipment supplier to check for leakage and charge refrigerant.

2. Ensure proper ambient temperature where the equipment is installed.

3. Notify equipment supplier to replace the motor.
