Product applications and features 

                    

MQVS series automatic video measuring machine, a small gantry CNC video measuring machine developed by our company, adopts imported precision parts to ensure and enhance accuracy and stability during operation of the measuring machine. The gantry video measuring machine is mainly used for PCBs, copper-clad laminates, flat glass, LCD modules, cutter dies, insulating materials, etc.
●  High-precision marble base and beam ensure extremely high stability and rigidity.
●  The moving frame of the gantry, with slide glass immovable, can achieve higher speed without affecting measurement.
●  Precision finished ball screw and Japan THK precision linear guide rail supported by Japan Yaskawa servo motor and dual closed loop motion control are featured with rapid and accurate positioning and stable movement.
● SONY HD color camera adopts the surface cold light source independently developed by our company and surface light comprises 48 independent light source groups, with each group constant current source driven and continuously adjustable, thereby ensuring high quality measuring images.
●  The measuring system adopts imported open-type UK RENISHAW precision scale with a resolution of 0.5um.
●  The embedded module control motor developed by our company has higher motor response speed and simplified machine and PC interface, and the PC and the machine are connected with USB cable and s terminal.
●  The automatic continuous zoom lens require no manual check of accuracy after automatic zooming.
●  The image navigation system helps you to rapidly locate the work piece measuring points, thus significantly enhancing measuring efficiency.
●  The dedicated automatic measuring software Quickmeasuring of our company is fitted, with which programming and automatic detection can be fulfilled, thus greatly enhancing measuring efficiency. 
●  The UK RENISHAW touch probe is optional and supplied with Ф1 and Ф2 probes. It can be used for 3D measurement when supported by the automatic image measuring software QuickMeasuring.
