Applications: The machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bend and other mechanical tests, analysis and study of metal and non-metal materials. It can automatically obtain such parameters as ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, Fm, Rt0.5, Rt0.6, Rt0.65, Rt0.7, Rm and E and conduct test and provide data according to GB, ISO, DIN, ASTM, JIS and other international standards.
It is driven by a servo motor which drives horizontal movement of the movable beam with the drive mechanism, thereby realizing the loading process. The machine adopts advanced DSCC-1 digital closed-loop control system for control and measurement, and the computer for dynamic display of the testing process and curves and data processing. With test finished, the curves can be magnified for data reanalysis and editing. They jointly contribute to an internationally advanced testing machine.
