System features
1. Nebula Polymer cell sorting machine adopts the innovative rotary table test scheme and ensures uninterrupted test by alternately changing the test fixtures, thereby significantly enhancing Polymer cell sorting capacity.
2. Cells are fed and automatically collected with the synchronous belt, thus effectively reducing work load of operators and reducing defects and product damages due to the operator’s misoperation.
3. The electrical control unit adopts modular design, featuring high integration, good universality and easy maintenance.
4. The actuating mechanism adopts servo motor control to ensure stable operation and high accuracy.
5. The test station is fitted with high-speed scanner which supports upload and check of test data, ensuring production traceability.
