The EV lithium battery pack EOL integrated test system is designed for high power lithium-ion battery assemblies and intended for testing and verification of probable faults and safety issues occurring in battery pack assembly process, to ensure safe and reliable products are delivered to customers.
The test system can communicate with the client-side MES (production process traceability system), thereby determining whether test can be initiated by checking test results of the last station in MES against battery pack system barcode (test may not be initiated at this station if there is no test required) and storing test results on the MES and local system.
