Product Description

Relevant Standard Testing Requirements
Meet the standards: IEC62133-2012, UL1642, UN38.3 and 31241-2014 standards.

Heavy Object Impact: After fully charging the battery according to the test method specified in 4.5.1, place the battery on the surface of a platform. Use a metal rod with a diameter of 15.8mm ± 0.2mm. Place the metal rod horizontally on the surface of the geometric center of the battery. Use a heavy object weighing 9.1kg ± 0.1kg to freely fall from a height of 610mm ± 25mm to impact the surface of the battery with the metal rod placed on it, and observe for 6 hours. Refer to Appendix E.1 for the test fixture.

For cylindrical batteries during the impact test, make their longitudinal axes parallel to the surface of the heavy object, and the metal rod perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the battery. For prismatic batteries and pouch batteries, only conduct the impact test on the wide sides. When conducting the impact test on button cells, place the metal rod across the center of the battery surface. Only perform the impact test once for one sample.

Main Features
Outer Box: The outer box is made of double-sided powder-sprayed galvanized cold-rolled steel sheet.

External Structural Reinforcements: They are made of double-sided galvanized steel sheet with a powder-sprayed surface treatment, or Q235 section steel, which undergoes surface pickling, phosphating, and then a powder-sprayed surface treatment.

Inner Box: The inner box is made of SUS#304 mirror-finish stainless steel. The wall surface is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and is easy to clean.
