Relevant Standard Testing Requirements
Meet the standards: IEC62133-2012, UL1642, UN38.3 and 31241-2014 standards

Squeezing after Charging as per the Specified Test Methods: After fully charging the battery according to 4.5.1, place the battery between two planes and squeeze it in a direction perpendicular to the plate. Apply a squeezing force of 13 kN ± 0.2 kN between the two plates. Once the maximum pressure is reached, the squeezing test can be stopped. During the test, the battery should not have an external short circuit.

For cylindrical batteries, during the squeezing process, make their longitudinal axes parallel to the two plates. For prismatic batteries and pouch batteries, only conduct the squeezing test on the wide sides of the batteries. For button cells, conduct the squeezing test with the upper and lower surfaces of the battery parallel to the two plates. Refer to Figure 2 below for the battery placement method during the test. Only perform the squeezing test once for one sample.

Main Features:
Explosion-proof and Pressure Relief: It has an exhaust function, which can discharge a large amount of waste gas generated during the test outdoors. It also has the function of explosion-proof and pressure relief.

Specifically, there is a magnetically adsorbed pressure relief door at the rear of the protective box. When impacted by a strong air current, this pressure relief door will automatically open to reduce the impact force of an explosion.

Exhaust System: It is independently controlled. When the test sample generates smoke, the equipment can automatically detect it and discharge the smoke through pipelines.
