Relevant Standard Testing Requirements
Meet the standards: IEC62133-2012, UL1642, UN38.3 and 31241-2014 standards.

Combustion and Ejection: After fully charging the battery according to the test method specified in 4.5.1, place the battery on the wire mesh of the test fixture. Refer to Appendix E.2 for the test fixture. If the battery is likely to slide during the test, a single piece of metal wire can be used to fix the battery sample on the wire mesh. If there is no such situation, the battery should not be tied up. Heat the battery with a flame and stop heating when one of the following three situations occurs:
a) The battery explodes.
b) The battery burns completely.
c) After continuous heating for 30 minutes, the battery does not catch fire or explode.

After the test, the components of the battery (excluding products in the form of dust) or the entire battery should not penetrate the aluminum mesh.

Main Features
This machine is suitable for the flammability resistance test of lithium batteries. Drill a round hole with a diameter of 102mm on an experimental platform, and place a wire mesh on the round hole. Put the battery under test on the wire mesh sieve. Install an octagonal aluminum wire mesh around the sample, and then ignite the burner to heat the test product until the battery explodes or burns out. Also, time the combustion process.
