Relevant Standard Testing Requirements
Meet the standards: IEC62133-2012, UL1642, UN38.3 and 31241-2014 standards.
Temperature Cycling Test Chamber: After fully charging the battery according to the test method specified in 4.5.1, place the battery in the test chamber and conduct the test according to the following steps (see Figure 1):
a) Maintain the temperature at 75°C ± 2°C for 6 hours;
b) Maintain the temperature at -40°C ± 2°C for 6 hours;
c) Repeat steps a) to b), with a total of 10 cycles;
d) Restore the ambient temperature to 20°C ± 5°C.
The conversion time between every two temperatures during the test process shall not be longer than 30 minutes.

Main Features
1. Explosion-proof pressure relief port: When the battery explodes, it releases pressure to prevent the box body from deforming or the box door from falling off.
2. An explosion-proof chain is added to the box door, and an explosion-proof grille is added to the glass viewing window to prevent the box door from falling off or the glass from splashing and hurting people during a battery explosion.
3. The inner box and the test rack are treated with Te-flon, which provides insulation, high-temperature resistance, and abrasion resistance, preventing short circuits caused by the contact between the battery electrodes and tabs and the box body.
4. Since the battery needs to be connected to an external battery testing system during the battery test, thick power cables need to pass through the test holes, and it is impossible to achieve a complete seal. When the evaporator runs at a low temperature and a constant temperature for a long time, frost forms, leading to an increase in temperature. Our refrigeration system is equipped with a heat pump defrosting system, which can automatically defrost without shutting down the refrigeration system. It can operate below 0 degrees Celsius for at least 500 hours without the evaporator frosting and without the temperature drifting upwards. This technology is leading in the lithium battery industry and holds an exclusive patent.
